Ai-Mei Zhu joined Advice Personnel as an Executive Recruiter in 2019 and prides herself in a “White Glove” approach offering the best customer service to her clients. She currently specializes in hiring for Sales and Marketing roles with her expertise spanning across all levels from entry level to C-Suite. She made the somewhat backwards transition from being an in-house recruiter to an agency recruiter, as she loves being able to build strong partnerships with such a diverse mix of companies.

Prior to joining Advice, Ai-Mei was the 1st recruiter hired at Diligent Corporation (software company) where she spent 4+ years recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Support roles covering all regions from EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), Asia Pacific, and the Americas (Canada, US, Latin America). Ai-Mei is passionate about the world of recruiting and is committed to providing a level of service and value that is unmatched by other recruiters in the field.

Ai-Mei graduated from Penn State University with her Bachelor’s in Marketing and her favorite pastime is trying out new restaurants and cooking to gather content for her Instagram.
