Job Description:
Due to promotion, our client, a global organization that offers services such as analytics, marketing, and education to the pharmaceutical and medical industries, is seeking a Junior HR Coordinator to join their small, collaborative team. This HR team prides themselves in being a “beloved” department in the company and are looking for someone who wants to learn all facets of HR. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, sharp, and possess strong client-service skills. The Junior HR Coordinator will report to the Director of HR and will be mainly remote – approximately 2 days a month in office.

A world renowned art gallery located in Chelsea is seeking an executive assistant to support their founder in all aspects of gatekeeping, calendar management, travel arranging and expensing. A no job is too small role providing significant contact with senior level management, clients, and artists.
It is imperative that applicants have experience as an executive assistant in a fine art setting: gallery, museum, private art curator.

A boutique, successful hedge fund located near Grand Central that invests in energy related equities is looking for an exceptional Office Manager to provide all-encompassing administrative support to the firm. The ideal candidate will possess a no job is too big or too small mindset.
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager who has the skills and confidence to “own the role” and support a team of respectful, serious-minded professionals. This professional must be poised, polished and motivated. Experience in a finance company is a plus but not required. The office is currently hybrid but will eventually be fully onsite. The company prides itself in providing a fine work environment.
