Since joining Advice in 2011, Sal has become recognized and appreciated for his personalized attention, tailored approach, and ability to understand the goals and needs of both clients and candidates.

Sal’s areas of expertise are diverse and include technology, marketing/advertising, media and entertainment, real estate operations, and e-commerce. He has an interest in “industry disruptors” – high-growth, venture-backed companies – and enjoys developing relationships with and recruiting individuals who thrive in these innovative environments.

Sal earned his BS in Management, with a concentration in Marketing, from Providence College (Go Friars!)  He is a passionate NY Giants and Yankees fan, with an avid appreciation for music, drumming, and Golden Retrievers.
