Erik Belkin has almost 20 years of experience in matching companies with talented administrative support and operational professionals. Erik has found that a consultative approach to recruiting is an excellent recipe for success in order to achieve solid matches and form long term relationships. He has been very fortunate to have established friendships and gained significant insight from NYC industry leaders and is always eager to share this knowledge to help someone grow to the next level or fine-tune their already established career.

Erik graduated from Rutgers University and met a great recruiter at Advice Personnel who helped him land a job at Bloomberg LP, a growing start-up at the time. After a great career at Bloomberg, Erik reflected back on his unique experience with Advice and ultimately pursued his passion of becoming a Recruiter.

When he is not recruiting, Erik thoroughly enjoys playing pranks on his daughters, cycling to Bear Mountain, and cooking up gourmet meals for his colleagues at the office.

This is a successful and ambitious firm that has tripled in size in last 2 years and has beautiful offices on Park Avenue. The team is bright, professional, and personable with very low turnover. There are bonuses and a strong benefit package as well. The position will be remote to start but move to hybrid in September.
