Alan Schwartz, Principal
Alan founded Advice Personnel in 1984 with the vision of bringing a more personalized approach to servicing both his clients and candidates. With over 30 years of experience, Alan understands the needs of his clients and excels at developing strategic hiring solutions that drive successful employee acquisition. He has the highest level of commitment to each of his client relationships and is a respected leader in the industry. Alan specializes in accounting and finance positions within the fields of public accounting, real estate, advertising, manufacturing and professional services.
Alan started his career as a CPA and HR Manager at Goldstein, Golub and Kessler P.C. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College and enjoys fitness training and golfing with many of his long-standing clients and friends.

Aaron Greenberg, Principal
Aaron is an integral leader behind the growth and longstanding success of Advice Personnel. With more than 30 years of experience in the recruiting industry, Aaron is widely recognized as a trusted advisor to both his clients and candidates. Aaron began his career in public accounting at KPMG. His expertise lies in accounting and finance positions within High Net Worth family firms, as well as the real estate, financial service, professional service, and technology industries.

Jody Fox, Director of Recruiting
Jody joined Advice in 2000 and is a key member of the Advice team. She has over 20 years of recruiting experience and a natural ability to understand the critical needs of both candidates and clients. Jody is a leading recruiter in the fashion/luxury goods, advertising, professional services, technology/start-ups and real-estate industries. Her accomplishments were featured in Avenue Magazine.
Jody earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and skiing in Aspen, Colorado, and is an avid Pilates enthusiast.

Jules Ehrenberg, Director of Temporary and Contract Staffing
Jules has been an integral part of the Advice Personnel leadership team since 2007. His 20+ years of experience along with an innate ability to understand the needs of his clients have made his team the go-to resource in the temporary and contract staffing industry.

Matthew West, Director of Recruiting – Pharmaceutical Advertising
Matthew is a leader in the recruitment of advertising and marketing professionals within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries for almost two decades. With his unparalleled strategic business sense, combined with his ability to recruit top talent he is an asset to Advice’s leadership team.

Salvatore Saccoccio, Director of Recruiting

Sal’s areas of expertise are diverse and include technology, marketing/advertising, media and entertainment, real estate operations, and e-commerce. Kevin Roth, Director of Recruiting
Kevin joined Advice in 2014, and brought with him an entrepreneurial spirit and keen interest in both established and emerging companies, primarily in the technology, media and entertainment markets.
He specializes in finance and accounting occupations, for which he possesses such extensive understanding of technical skills and proficiencies that he can operate as a virtual extension of his clients’ finance team when screening and evaluating candidates. That, combined with his acute sense for the intangible traits that make for team coherence, have made him the go-to tactical partner his clients trust and rely upon.
Kevin graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida College of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. An avid New York sports fan, Kevin spends his off-time rooting for his hometown teams. He is also a self-described “movie nut”, with the memory to quote at least a few lines from most IMDb top 250 films.

Warren Gurtman, Director of Recruiting
Warren joined Advice Personnel as a Director of Recruiting in 2008. Warren specializes in establishing new client relationships and recruiting professionals at all levels in the areas of accounting, tax, finance and consulting within diversified industries including, but not limited to, public accounting, real estate, professional services firms, family offices and financial services firms (Private Equity / Hedge Funds).
Prior to joining Advice he had an accomplished 30 year career in public accounting as a Human Resources Partner, Director and Manager with Goldstein Golub Kessler & Co (GGK) a top 10 regional CPA firm located in NYC. With his years of experience within the professional services industry he has been able to be a highly respected valued added business partner with both his clients and candidates.
Warren earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College. He enjoys reading and giving back to his community through philanthropic involvement.

Robert Wolberg, Associate Director of Recruiting and Operations
Robert joined Advice in 2012 and has become a respected member of the management team. He has over thirty years of diversified business experience, which include public accounting, being a successful business owner and serving as CFO for a financial service company.
At Advice, Robert oversees the office operations and specializes in the placement of professionals at all levels in public accounting, real estate and not for profit. Robert takes a genuine interest in advising our candidates. His guidance is centered around his strong belief that, “ setting a goal is not the main thing. It is deciding how you will go about achieving it and staying with that plan”.
