Job Description:
Individual will report directly to CFO in this high profile leadership role. Responsibilities include assisting with budgets and forecasting. Reviewing and reconciling to loan services, agent & trustee reporting. Assisting with monthly close preparation. Working with project managers to create and analyze project costs.

Qualifications:
BS in Accounting or higher.
